Section 72
Prohibition on Representation
An employee shall not represent himself or herself on behalf of any other person or group except to make a request to the relevant body or authority on the matter he/she is upset about. However, this section shall not be considered as an obstacle to the representation of the employees' union formed in accordance with section 73 and any action to be taken on the basis of the employee's official obligations.
